Maine Black Bear Hunts

Weatherby’s bear hunts provide top quality licensed Maine guides and exclusive access to thousands of acres of farms and orchards in Washington County – the eastern most county in the U.S.  Our hunts are full service and are over baited and maintained sites on private land.  Accommodations can be full service with meals or housekeeping where you provide your own meals and cleaning.  In addition to our Maine bear hunting, opportunities exist to explore our numerous lakes and ponds for smallmouth bass, pickerel or wild brook trout and to fly fish Grand Lake Stream for landlocked salmon while you are not hunting or in the event you tag your bear early in the week.  If you hunt bear at Weatherby’s, you will not be disappointed.

Rates: Full service, seven nights lodging with all meals provided, six days of guided hunting – $1950 plus tax and gratuity.
Housekeeping, seven nights lodging with no meals provided, full kitchen facility and six days of guided hunting –  $1300 PP for three or more; $1600 PP for one or two plus tax and gratuity.

Bear permits not included in rates.  2010 non-resident big game license with bear permit is $188.  Licenses sold at camp.  Must have proof of prior license or valid hunter safety card to purchase Maine license.
